At Sun & Breeze, we work with multiple fulfillment partners to bring you quality products at the best possible prices. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the product you order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard items: 3-7 business days
- Select items: 4-14 business days
Delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand periods. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times depending on the fulfillment location of each product. This does not affect your total shipping cost.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (customs processing, weather, carrier issues). We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if any significant delays arise.
